About Cozy Carmel

Our Roots

Hi! My name is Stacey Carmel, and I’m the proud owner of Cozy Carmel.

After spending 20 wonderful years as a public school teacher, I took a leap of faith to explore a new chapter. Today, I divide my time between serving as an educational advocate and creating all things cozy.

I’m also a proud mom to two teenage boys, Caiden and Gavin, and our King Charles Cavalier, Molly.

Caiden, 16, loves baseball and skiing, while Gavin, 14, enjoys theater and skiing. When I’m not knitting or advocating for students, you can find me running, skiing, curled up by the fire with a good book, traveling, spending time at the beach, cooking, or enjoying time with family and friends. Two of our family’s favorite places are North Conway and Nantucket.

Thank you so much for visiting my website. Your support means more to me than you know.
Happy shopping — and stay cozy!

Learning from the Best

This is Kit and Carmel! Carmel was my Memere, a wonderful woman who loved to knit beautiful, homemade creations for her family with great care and dedication.

Luckily, I inherited not only her name but also her passion and skills, learning from the very best. I sincerely hope you enjoy my creations just as much as we enjoyed hers, feeling the warmth and love woven into every piece.

Our Impact

At Cozy Carmel, we engage our clients and team members in collaborative efforts to support our community. Together, we organize team-building activities focused on creating and donating blankets to Project Linus, providing comfort and warmth to children in need. This initiative not only strengthens our internal connections but also reinforces our commitment to giving back.
